3 months on and the Board is just fine watering the weeds.  Wasting your money.  Their reaction to this video? "Irrigation heads are adjusted to the optimal setting for every area covered. This will continue to be done"  No I am not kidding you.  That was their response.  900 gallons of water every other night all summer long.  Over 40,000 Gallons.  Check out the Wasting Money tab for more information.  Email the president, your rep, and First Service and get them to fix this.

Welcome!

This website was created to point out the ridiculous watering policy of the Evermoor Neighborhood Association in Rosemount MN.

  • The Board has decided to continue watering the weeds.
  • The board has decided not to fix the broken rain sensors on Connemara
  • The Board in not watering according to City Guidelines

Board denies rain sensors are broken. What do you think?

But yet the image to the left is the Association Watering on Connemara.  When the rain ended only 12 hours earlier.

Thursday 8/26/2021 Rosemount received 1.1 inches of rain according to the Local Condictions website https://www.localconditions.com/weather-rosemount-minnesota/55068/past.php

Monday Sept 20th

Monday Sept 20th Rosemount received more than half an inch of rain around 3pm Connemara sprinklers were on again 9 hours later.

Saturday October 2nd

3/4 of an inch of rain fell in Evermoor on 10/2.  Yet 9 hours later, at least 11 sprinkler zones went off.  10,000 gallons of water was wasted.  Paid for by the homeowners of Evermoor Neighborhood Association.  Email your rep and lets get this fixed.

Changes are coming. We are making a difference

Sprinklers replaced on Evermoor/Connemara

The two sprinklers pouring water down the sidewalk by Evermoor/Connemara hill have been replaced.  We are making a difference.

Sprinklers on Evermoor flagged for replacements

On 8/17 VonBank was correcting spray patterns and marking sprinklers for replacements.  The very sprinklers which appeared in the Evermoor Car Wash Video.  Lets hope the watering is corrected and we can close the Car Wash for good.

We are making a difference.

Is it really a big deal?

The image at the top might not seem like a big deal, but every other night for 20 years, 900 gallons of water has been dumped on those weeds. That's over a million gallons of water.  Why?  I would tell you to ask the Evermoor Neighborhood Association, like I have.  But like me, you will probably get a response that says "Thanks for your concern, we will look into it".   Well that was six weeks ago and the sprinklers are still pumping water on those weeds.  If you are a member of Evermoor, call your Sub Association representative.

The above image is on odd the side of street watering on even days.

Per City Code (Title 4, Chapter 1, Article A-3), violators of this restriction maybe be subject to misdemeanor charges.

Since the board has knows about this for 6 weeks, hopefully fines will be directed to board members personally.
